RedactPDFKit: formats, pricing and processing limits

Input

PDF, PNG, JPEG and single-frame TIFF. Up to 30 MB and 30 pages per file.

Trial

One-time 10 processing pages per verified Google identity. No payment card and no automatic subscription.

Paid plans

Pro: US$15/month, 600 pages. Pro Plus: US$45/month, 5,000 pages. Plans renew monthly; unused monthly pages do not roll over.

Usage

Successful processing uses pages. Failed pages release reservations. Re-downloading a prepared result does not consume pages.

Review

Known keywords, selected information categories, optional logo detection, manual boxes and side-by-side preview.

Output

Image-based PDF or PNG/JPEG output. Multi-page image output is a ZIP. PDF output does not preserve original searchable text, CAD vectors, attachments or editable forms.

Storage

Task page images and results remain saved until the task is deleted. There is no automatic expiry; clearing cookies does not delete stored tasks.

Processing

Online service. Optional identity and logo analysis uses external providers. The deployment does not promise local-only or EU-only processing.

Checks

Output checks look for selected target text using OCR. They can miss content and are not a confidentiality or compliance certification.
