PDF sharing checklist

[ ] Open the saved output, not the preview.
[ ] Check the filename and page count.
[ ] Inspect all mask edges at a readable zoom.
[ ] Search exact targets and known variants.
[ ] Try copying around a mask into plain text.
[ ] If the PDF is image-based, inspect its visible pixels.
[ ] Check properties, attachments, forms and comments where present.
[ ] Inspect handwriting, logos and repeated details manually.
[ ] Verify required dimensions, dates or amounts remain readable.
[ ] Re-export and recheck after any mask change.
[ ] Attach only the intended sharing copy.

An empty text search alone is not proof of successful redaction.
